Phil is an education, technology and innovation specialist, and has worked closely with government, academia, industry and startup executives in various roles. He is a mechanical engineer from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and holds a Master's degree in education from the Harvard School of Education, Harvard University. When he is not exploring new cities and countries, Phil likes to photograph, likes live sporting events, and aspires to live from the bounty of the sea on a catamaran someday.
