CSVM participated with 60 leaders who attended the Master in Leadership and Public Management and met in São Paulo at the 1st Annual Meeting of MLG Leaders. They were students from all over Brazil, from Rio Grande do Sul to Amapá. The idea was to promote a connection, integration, and inspiration with the example of Sergio Vieira de Mello, for a conversation about leadership, and to discuss how MLG Leaders can strengthen and present their proposals to improve Brazilian public management.
A "Cases" activity was also organized where the students made an integration among all the students.
At the meeting, three MLG leaders were awarded:
Laura Angélica received the Women Empowerment Award, Maria Tereza Paschoal de Moraes was awarded the Case of MLG Success Award and Rodolfo Fiori was recognized with the Active Leader Award.
In the afternoon, with the inclusion of Class 4 - which was in the morning at FIPE (Foundation for Economic Research Foundation) - we had the connection between all the classes and the network challenges with such valuable talents of Public Management.
The MLG network meets throughout the year to discuss proposals for improving public management in Brazil.
CLP classes have personalities such as:
